There are currently no pharmacies on Menards' retail sites. The company specializes in other goods, namely building materials, household goods, and appliances.

Menards Lunch Break for Employee

According to company policy, all employees are entitled to a break during the working day, which is set out in their work instructions:

  • 30 minute lunch break after 4 hours of work
  • 15 minute break every 5 hours of work

So in total an employee has 1 hour of rest per shift. Some of which is paid and some of which is not.
